They are involved in all phases of the development from the initial planning and design throughout construction. Artistic abilities are helpful. The coordination and feasibility of products and layout used in a project are established by the Salesperson. The Salesperson estimates the cost of the projects for the clients to create the contract for sale. The Salesperson is part of a Team and the Project Manager must determine that the profit margins are adequate to provide the appropriate compensation for the Salesperson, the Project Manager and the Field Crews. The Project Manager Approves all sales. The Salesperson is responsible for meeting sales quotas. BBJ Inc.
